Ages 12-42 months
The KIDnastics program is designed for the independent learner who can redirect and stay on task during 15 min rotations on various events.

Stargazers-3.5-4 yrs old-coed- no parent/adult participation- 60 mins
Introduction to beginning gymnastics on child sized equipment like jr bars, floor beams, kid sized vault/mats, and floor
Twinkle Stars-4-5.5 yrs old-coed- no parent/adult participation -60 mins
Continued beginning gymnastics on child sized equipment.
*Intro Rising Stars (test in only class) must be tested and approved to join-5-6- girls only- no parent/adult participation -60 mins
Designed for girls in twinkle stars that display intermediate skill and listening level. This class is conducted on mid-sized gymnastics equipment like single cast bar & jr uneven bars, 14” high beams, floor, and jr vaulting table trainer.
